Herbkits.com ships all U.S bound package orders via UPS Ground or United States Postal Service. Foreign bound orders are currently not available in most cases due to custom regulations on our products. Please contact us at support@herbkits.com  if you are interested in a Juicer or Book and we can quote you an international shipping rate.

RETURN & CREDIT POLICY
If it is a mistake on our part we will give you a full refund. A 20% restocking charge will apply if product is returned due to customer error.

FREE SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Recieve free FedEx Smartpost shipping (or equivalent) on all orders that match or exceed $50.00 USD.  All orders $49.99 and below are charged a flat $4.95 USD.  All shipments are shipped FedEx Smart Post (3 to 6 days estimated delivery time for most destinations in the lower 48 states. All requests for Express Saver, 2Day Air, Standard, and Priority will be charged separately.  Free and discounted shipping are for the lower 48 U.S. states only.
